| Here Wi-Fi Network has PMS integration with seamless wired and wireless connectivity. For secured authenticate base service, user right restriction has been built which creates guest account on check-in and blocks the guest account on check-out. To access Wi-Fi service, the guest needs to enter his name, room number and Reg.ID in the login page and select the best package which is defined on hourly basis. The hotel gets a complete database of its guest.
EZ-COMM has conducted comprehensive training and support for hotel personnel and staff on the installed solution to enable them to actively sell and market the system and sufficient in-room literature to meet the guest needs.

A Guest Management software has been set up which simplifies centralized creation of guest accounts from any Microsoft Windows-based computer. The intuitive user interface is designed for receptionists with minimal training. It provides centralized, real-time management of visitor accounts and sessions with a configurable visitor session duration per account. The guest account information is loaded into MultiService Mobility Controllers for strong security policy enforcement. It creates printable access vouchers for visitors.
